In-Office EEG/ERP Assessment
An EEG simply tracks brain waves for a period of time. An ERP is still an EEG, however our headset is designed to play stimuli and certain stimuli are associated with a task. In this case, the press of a button. We track reaction time, the amplitude of the peak which correlates with synaptic function of the brain, & the accuracy of the patient pressing the button. Our test is also an audiometer and can test for hearing loss. If the patient has some deficits, our test will adjust volume to compensate.

Our cognitive assessment is both FDA-approved and Alzheimer’s Association recommended. Used in over 30,000 tests and counting, the system has been widely adopted and approved by doctors across the United States. In addition to testing for Alzheimer’s and dementia, the assessment can also distinguish between dementia and severe depression, diagnose concussions, and assess for schizophrenia. Many of our clinics use this testing during their annual wellness exams and it can be billed annually.
We Provide Everything For You
Our team will provide the technician and the device at absolutely no cost to the clinic or the patient. All we need is a room and that’s it! The clinic then bills (4) CPT codes - 95957, 95816, 92652, and 92552 - netting a very substantial figure per patient tested. We don’t charge you unless you get reimbursed. Medicare A& B as well as Medicaid are at a 100% adjudication rate for this assessment. When a test is completed, our on-staff neurologist will read the report and send a short-form, diagnostic report the following day.
